Dr. Mike and Dr. Lidia Abrams are licensed clinical psychologists with over 30 years of experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). They are published authors, educators, and experts in mental health.

Our psychological retreat focuses on personal growth and mental wellness. We do not provide medical or psychiatric care.
