Led by Dr. Mike and Dr. Lidia Abrams, these sessions help challenge negative thought patterns, enabling you to reshape your mindset and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

Social Stresses & Guilt Release

Many struggle with anxiety related to social interactions. To help, we use Shame and Guilt Attacks, a powerful technique that desensitizes you to judgment, rejection, and self-criticism. This method fosters radical self-acceptance and emotional freedom, allowing you to break free from unnecessary guilt.

Discussions by the Pond

Take a moment to unwind by our tranquil pond while engaging in evidence-based discussions about effective psychological techniques. In these sessions, you’ll explore proven methods for managing anxiety, depression, and emotional distress - all in a calming natural setting.

Fear Challenges (ATV Rides)

Fear is best confronted head-on. That’s why we incorporate fear-challenging activities, such as navigating all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) through our mountain trails. These experiences help you understand how fear responses work while building resilience against anxiety, uncertainty, and avoidance behaviors.

Group Discussions & Peer Guidance

Every guest receives three private therapy sessions with either Dr. Mike, Dr. Lidia, or one of our PhD-level clinicians. These personalized sessions target your unique challenges and provide evidence-based strategies for personal growth and emotional healing.
