For decades, Dr. Mike and Dr. Lidia Abrams have helped individuals overcome some of life’s most difficult psychological challenges. Among these challenges are anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and existential concerns.
Through their work in both clinical settings and academia, they noticed a common theme: many people needed more than traditional therapy sessions. What they needed most is a peaceful, supportive space to heal, reflect, and rebuild – away from daily stressors.
As a result, this insight inspired the creation of Mallory Creek Retreat – a private, immersive retreat center nestled in the serene landscapes of Chemung, NY.
Here, guests experience deep psychological healing through a combination of expert-led cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and one-on-one guidance. To achieve that, the retreat blends science-backed therapy with the restorative power of nature for a truly transformative experience.
Unlike large, impersonal wellness centers, Mallory Creek Retreat is intentionally small. That’s why each retreat is limited to just four guests, allowing for personalized care, tailored interventions, and the space needed for real growth.
